I guess it depends on how you look at it. I don't see us getting a "big name" receiver, no, but for me it would be big for us to sign Cruz, Woods, and maybe Jeremy Kerley, as well as a few others.

why don't we just sign Cotch to a 1 year deal to play slot? 

the dude made so many clutch catches for us not so long ago. I'm sure he still has something left in the tank.
