Byrd is strictly a project. I think we've decided not to tender Bersin or Brown and re-do our 3-5 WR spots.

I think we're going to re-sign Ginn and probably sign Victor Cruz. Also, we will draft a WR in the middle rounds.

Think it's more like next season is make-or-break for Ron regardless of the staff. I'm sure Gettleman would have preferred a shakeup but he's not the one with his job on the line next year, so Rivera gets to make his own bed.

Also this is purely out of my ass based on how this team functions, but I don't believe Gettleman is exactly Ron's "boss" in the traditional GM-HC sense. Dave's got more authority and will be able to pick the next group but JR makes the call on Ron. Gettie knew that when he signed up.
