Meh...just because you're starting or on the roster doesn't mean you should be.

 

starting for the Brown and starting for the Patriots is completely different.

 

also plent of draft picks move on to another team/scenery and excell. Happens all the time...and vise versa.

 

so if he GM, players, picks, and coaching (since nothing changed) are not the problem then what is? We are a 6-10 team who can't consistently win for decades. And if we pay Our own players and signify even more so the issue isn't the players, we have less money and a 6-10 team...

 

dont like the rating system, the good old fashioned, undisputed  wins/loss are all that matter to me when it comes to coaching/GMs.

He preaches best player available which I believe is true in Round 1 & 2 but in rounds 3-7 I think he starts going for need and has no problems making trades to get the guy he wants.
