What you've read is not correct.

Stories on both quote the same figure (25 million).

Well Worley was bullsh*t accused as well. 2 things they look at are character and media/fan backlash. Not sure about Agholor's character outside of incident but if it's similar to Worley's, then good there. And media/fan backlash would be nonexistent.
