I don't think Hooker is on our board

Neither do I. I think Gettleman loves him some Coleman.

But if we did draft Hooker we could make Coleman a post June 1st cut and save 2.4 this season, 4 million next year and 4.3 the year after.

Falcons are after Nick Perry and Poe.  Also, they have way less cap than we do. Funny how that works.

actually, at this point, they have more than us.

EDIT: take that back, but it's not significantly less at all.

Lol at the Panthers. All this shiny cap space currently sitting in the bank. Even the Falcons with less money are aggressively trying to get better. Now let's see what Gettleman does with KK. After all we let Norman walk to pay KK, right?

BTW, Gettleman take notes. The Rams are actually fielding trade offers for franchised CB Trumaine Johnson. Instead of, you know, rescinding the tag!

Will rescind KK tag. Let him walk for free. We'll double dip at DT in the 3rd to make up for the loss.

DG in the draft press: we got two really good players and they're HOGMOLLIES. You can't teach size

I see all the comments about all the sorry teams spending money right now. If we were elite we wouldn't be drafting at # 8. Instead of laughing, we should be upgrading. Letting a guy we want like Church be signed by a bottom feeder like Jacksonville is worse than pathetic. Acting like Cyprian, who the Jags are letting walk, is a suitable replacement is BS.

First, learn how to post. If you're going to quote me, do it right.

Second, the world isn't ending because one guy chased the money. Until we fix LT, I don't want much money spent anywhere. Our SS is probably in the draft. People act like we should go after every freaking player. Seriously?

Lol, let the cap expert yes-men of the board tell us how it works...  we'll be in cap hell for signing anyone we didnt draft apparently, so best thing to do is let your assets walk for nothing and re-sign mediocre players because they're good guys and deserve it.

I'm saying we need a SS.  Not FS.

Yeah it is.  We have 10 more million than they do according to Overthecap.com which has processed all the Panthers transactions so far.

How about not low balling everyone. Gettleman sucks.

Jamison Hensley of ESPN mentions that the signing of free agent S Tony Jefferson likely means that the Ravens will be releasing veteran CB Lardarius Webb in the coming days.
