We consistently underestimate the market and we consistently miss out.

At some point you have to stop "throwing your hat in the ring" and "expressing interest" and you have to go and get your guy whatever it takes. Its been four years now and I can't remember a single time they pursued and caught the player they had their sights set on.

We act like we are the Patriots. Come play with us on the cheep and win a SB. The problem is, we have no rings. You don't have to constantly overspend in the FA market, but you do have to use it now and then to add a missing piece. We suck at this.

Jesus Christ DiMarco and Church aren't even on the top of my FA covet list right now, and I can assure you the Panthers will make the right choices.

Cyprien is quietly the best SS FA imho, and Kyle is still out there. Easily could land them.

Free agency doesn't start for Carolina until training camp picking up other team cuts.

It seems to have started around the rest of the league, no?
