I'm concerned about the other side of the D-Line. I don't think the rotation of C.Johnson and K.Ealy is strong enough to compete week in and week out. Ealy isn't going anywhere because of his contract and age. We need to bring in someone to replace Johnson.

Curious to see the details on this deal. Signed doesn't necessarily equal guaranteed to make the roster. Very well could be an insurance type of signing just in case FA and the draft don't go as expected or if someone gets hurt in camp.

Anyone who watched us actually play last year realizes that it's a bit misleading that we led the league in sacks. We did it by blitzing like mad to cover up for a weak secondary and the fact that we didn't have any dominant individual pass rushers. I don't think it's why we want to be forced to do.

Yeah I definitely want to bring in another body...be it a proven vet or a high draft pick.

How can you upgrade a position by filling up spots at said roster position with some of the same mediocre guys?

Addison deserved a contract and has contributed in an area of weakness, although a little over 7 per seems a bit steep.  All in all, I'm glad to Mario back.
