The Panthers received the 2nd best comp pick behind the Dolphins with pick number 98.

To get to 5 would take 8, the early 3rd and a 4th.  That'd be pretty close.  Man, Cleveland's team is going to be completely different next year.  They have a ridiculous amount of picks.

Thought it'd be 99, but obviously not complaining. Looks like Denver's Osweiler pick fell 4 spots lower than projected.

Based on the numbers there's a case that losing Nortman could've netted us Mr. Irrelevant had we not signed Gradkowski.

They had as many if not more or less when they picked Johnny Manziel..  They are the Browns for a reason. They've had so many high picks that they should have been a good team by now.
