Huh? They are like 13.5 million over the luxury tax

Edit: Currently we are number 12 in the NBA in salary total. We are projected to have 102 million in total salaries this offseason. The salary cap is going to be around 102. We are probably over the cap currently heading into the offseason. What a steaming pile of crap.

Cap space is pretty meaningless this year, none of the free agents really inspire much confidence. The bigger issue is how we're capped out for the foreseeable future, with our best player by far on an extremely below market deal. It's gonna take a couple of good trades/hitting on a pick to get us to a top 4 seed within the next 3 years I'd say.

Being honest anything higher than a 8 seed. You are right about this offseason but being honest who would come here? Poor drafting, bad GM, bad signings, and no history recently of winning much.

To be fair all those signings got them 2 finals appearance and a ring(with a third finals appearance likely). I'd kill for MJ to spend that much if it got us that level of success.
