DG has shown that he likes trading up.. I predict we will see a move into the late first... dunno if it will be for this guy... but I predict the move.

Trading up into the first is way different from trading up in later rounds. IF he trades back into the first with our high 2nd and 3rd rounder I'm guessing , I would probably guess he picked a defensive player with pick 8 and want to get one of the premier offense players left like McCaffrey , Fournette (if he falls) , Howard, Corey Davis , John Ross, or one of the tackles (Ramcyzk , Robinson) .

I like the opposite scenario.

I have seen mocks with Barnett falling.

Would have to towel off if we could get Fournette at 1.8 and then land Barnett in the late 1st.

If he runs near that he will shoot way up. Phillip Dorsett was a 3rd- upper 4th round guy until he blew up the combine with a 4.33 Then ran a 4.29 that shot his stock through the roof into the 1st.
Same with Breshad Perriman, mid to late 2nd projection then 4.27 40 shot him into the first.

Ross has been projected a mid to late first already. He hits near that 4.3 he will go early.
Teams Love the small fast WRs now.

Corey Coleman was projected the 3rd WR by everyone last year behind Treadwell and Doctson.

Coleman went first out of the WRs and Will Fuller (another post combine riser) shot above them after posting a 4.32 40.

If he even sniffs the second round he's a steal. Simple as that.

Far less concerned about the ACL than I am his history of meniscus work plus micro-fracture. That knee is shot.
