And what is not sheep-ish about making it seem like women cry about rape with sort of regularity?  There is no reason to believe that other than because you are a sheep of what someone told you, seeing as there is no evidence in support of that belief.

Oh yea because everyone sides with the guy on rape charges. That's so sheepish lol. There is no evidence on either sides just accusations. Only thing we know is that they knew each other.

What does that have to do with what I asked?  You are acting as if women lie about rape with regularity.  That is a sheep-ish opinion.  There is no reason to think that.  The evidence I was referring to is evidence that supports women lying about rape more than any human does about any other crime, male or female, rape or robbery.

Issue really is no one knows the truth. Theoretically, women could easily construe any sexual act as perpetuated rape and fake it, especially if things do not go their way. But there are others who truly are guilty.

I've experienced seeing someone falsely accused of rape. He had proof of consent luckily, and he never got in trouble. Not too hard to see it happen in this case.

Nevertheless, she could also be a victim. We just don't know.
