Kevin Olsen charged with rape

typical male point of view. Totally disrespectful to the victim

What about the accused he will be continuously drug through the mud regardless of whether he did this or not and whether he's found guilty or not because of this mob mentality where we just assume guilt because opinions and emotions and the reason why we shouldn't do that is because if you are on the other end you really don't want people to assume you are guilty because being found guilty in public opinion is worse than being in the court of law because that will forever ruin you. And those type of pains in the ass don't go easy. And just because someone's a fug off or an asshole doesn't mean they are rapists they're not mutually exclusive but that doesn't mean that he did it because he's a dummy

Not to down play this but it happened with a ex it seems. Its totally possible she just screamed rape.

I am sure this will be sorted out legally but from a public perception standpoint you have a bad apple consistently doing bad things.  I can't help but think he is a guilty scumbag and feel bad for the alleged victim.  But he and his lawyers may prove me wrong.  I will gladly admit to jumping to conclusions.

Guess we should just gas him now because everone accused of rape is guilty.

I would rather everyone not make a comment period until the trial is over....BUT since we live in an immediate reaction society, I tend to give more credence to the victim rather than the kid who has been ESSENTIALLY been kicked off 3 football teams.

I find it funny that people are questioning how they grew up in the same household, while forgetting about Greg's infamous YouTube song. Objectifying women and sexual assault are completely different, but don't act like he was born a saint. Greg has been molded in his life to be more humble and caring than the best of them. Life has a way of changing you.

I was just going to say how old was this kid when the 7th floor crew song came out lol.

When Greg has all of his fluff pieces looking like the next president of the United States that is all I can think of.

First I think how much money did Hardy's girl end up with? Think maybe she is chasing cash.

Then you think about him getting kicked off of four football teams and the cyber stalking charges and think WTF.

Then I think about Greg's U 7th floor  crew song when I think about this guy ruining Greg's image.

Then I think F this B she is probably lying.

You must be the kind of guy that loves praise from others.

People just get annoyed by people in situations like this always bringing up how she could be lying, as if it is a frequent occurrence (only about 2% of rape reports are false, which lines up with other crimes IIRC).  It's insensitive.  Think about it if it was someone you knew personally.

Besides, it isn't like he was simply arrested/investigated/questioned.  He was charged.  They obviously have evidence to an extent, however much it may be.  It's far more likely he's guilty of at least one of the crimes he is being charged with.

If you (not saying you specifically but in general) don't want to assume guilt, you don't have to.  It's just better to steer away from saying anything about the subject. Some people just don't care for statements like, "oh, she might be lying".  It's just an insensitive thing to say and it is rooted out of this idea that women lie with regularity about stuff like this.

You are a moron. Police can charge you with anything.

Any random dhole cop can charge you with crap and ruin your life.

Sometimes when you are trying to get jobs or security clearances things you are charged with by random morons in law enforcement still pop up even if the charges are dismissed.

Morons like you also don't realize that charges don't mean he is guilty.

Where did you get your two percnent of rape charges are not guilty you lying piece of trash?

I never said charges = guilty.  What charges do show, however, is they have SOME evidence regardless of how strong it may be.  You aren't going to get a charge through, especially with the level of Olsen's charges, without any evidence.  If you think it's possible, then I'm not the moron here.  So like I said, this isn't a case of Olsen merely being arrested.  They had enough evidence, HOWEVER STRONG IT MAY BE, to charge him.  It's far more likely he's guilty of some wrongdoing (ie. cyberstalking, which I would imagine is fairly easy to prove/find out) than it is he's completely innocent.

That doesn't mean I'm saying it's a guarantee he raped her.  Just that we need to stop acting like the possibility he's completely innocent is a strong possibility.

And do your research.  False rape accusations, contrary to what you may have been told, are not a frequent occurrence.  They rarely happen and happen no more than any other false crime report.  I don't know why people think there are millions of women out there who want people to think they are raped (even if they WERE raped, which is why the majority of sexual assaults do not get reported).

And this is why women cry rape. No matter what you did people convict you.

So that means what ever he is accused of he is guilty right. This is how the media controls the sheep.
