We have a loser on our team

Cam has done a lot in his career.

That wasn't a shining moment for him and of course all the other physical things he has done  to get first downs, throw blocks, run down interceptions, all lost in the hot glare of the super bowl

That is what happens with a persona that is polarizing to so many

as for me, among fatherhood, the head shots, trying to carry mediocre talent around him, the big contract done,  and an evolving offensive scheme, it will be interesting to see which Cam Newton we have in 2017. Is be lying if I said I wasn't concerned   Hopefully Gettleman fixed a few things, a lot if things. I sure miss that Newton broad smile on game day

We had the same Cam Newton in 2016.

You have to dig deeper, and rewatch some plays.

Difference was the toll the season took on our players overall.

I really think that the season opener was a killer. Newton took the worst beating I've seen a QB endure, and still put us in position to win. Of course we know what happened after that. So many missed opportunities.

The management of the Panthers has to be very aggressive in upgrading this team this year. No free passes.

What we have is a turd blossom that can't understand the difference between attempting to recover a fumble with someone diving at your knee vs diving from behind at someone running with the ball.

If Cam had stayed put and recovered the fumble while getting his knee destroyed he would have been criticized for not getting out of the way.

I will never criticize Cam for that play, idc what anyone says.  He has shown heart and effort plenty through his career.  His OL was getting the poo beat out of him all night, the refs were screwing us over, his receivers wouldn't get open, and his coaches wouldn't adjust...  and that play, another result of poor protection and coaching, he had no leverage.  That is the same kind of play that Drew Brees tore his labrum on.  The defender was already lower to the ground and near the ball, Cam was falling back, and that entire unit was coming downhill, as they had been all night.

But, of course, that thing called reason can't get in the way of blind hate, so no point in arguing with them and their hero with deflated balls and cheating scandals all through his history.

You should get an award for the greatest avatar of all time... Choke the official soft drink of the atlanta falcons... My man..LOL
