Actually UNC lost to KU in the 1st semi in 07-08, but yeah we've been there a lot.

Congrats Carolina fans. Won games down the stretch pretty much every way and deserved it.

Quick question for a casual fan of ACC basketball - who is expected to leave from the team this year? It seems like Meeks has been there for 10 years so I am pretty sure he is gone but who else?

Or even a three second call a couple of times, the refs let him camp out in the lane when he was trying to make his moves.  Its easy to move 6'8", 230 lbs out of way in the WCC.  A little harder when your going against 6'10" 275 lbs (Meeks).

If You are familiar with the horrible "fan" sites of PackPride and TheDevilsDen - I strongly urge you to venture over there and read the absolute filth being posted by those garbage human beings. 

State and Duke "fans" are clearly obsessed with unc, and especially after a what was supposed to be a dream season in Durham turning into a nightmare.....add in the safety of posting anonymously on the internet...u can get a glimpse into how truly pathetic and sad their lives are. Many of the TDD posters also appear to be racist. 

I hope no panthers fans here are associated with those forums. It's truly a bad look. Shame on you.

Serious question, with Gonzaga getting slightly hosed due to the Kennedy Meeks out of bounds no call, do y'all feel bad for them? If they get the ball back they most likely get two shots in the last 48 seconds which definitely would've changed the game. I only ask because we had a similar experience with Wisconsin in 2015(Justise touching the ball but it being called Duke ball late) and I felt kinda disappointed that the refs made such a poor call even though it benefited us. Most people on campus today didn't even notice it or were so happy they didn't care.

On another note, I was in Phoenix last night(Student section) and it was a phenomenal experience. I was also in the 2015 Duke student section(by brother was a senior there) and 2016 UNC student section. All three events were much better than our Super Bowl appearance and not just because the teams I was pulling for ended up winning. College basketball has an energy thats hard to replicate.

Half of my family roots for Duke and half root for UNC....this was fun lol.

I will say that UNC sucked ass the last two games and still won...imagine if they had hit a shot or two.

I mean...this title game could have been a coast win if Jackson hits like just 1 of his threes and if any of those fools hit a damn free throw.

Played like poo and wins title...gritty team that was 3 points away from a back to back...can't hate on that.

We couldn't shoot for poo in that Phoenix stadium. Still found a way to win. After bricking four FTs in a row and finding a way to come up with two offensive boards off of those misses against Oregon, I knew these boys would not be denied.

Gonzaga got the ball back when the refs said Pinson blocked that shot and then banked in a 3 to tie the game. Refs were horrible the whole game and definitely took all the bigs out of the game for the most part. I mean, that 4th foul on Collins was horrible. That was the way the game went. No reason to single out the Meeks play.
