Serious question about 2017, the Falcons, and their new stadium

The Falcons will open up their new $1.5 billion mechanical anus in time for the 2017 season. On opening day, will the sphincter inspired roof be clinched tight like the collective balloon knots of the Falcons in Q4 of the Super Bowl or will Art opt to relax it?
