" The Atlanta Falcons will never live down the worst choke job in NFL history. "

As long as I've hated Tom Brady, I must honestly say I love the man a little bit after tonight, he delivered for Panthers fans everywhere tonight!

The Patriots more than doubled the previous record for a Super Bowl comeback (10 points). Their victory after trailing by 25 points was the third largest in NFL postseason history. Consider this: Since 2001, 394 teams have trailed by at least 25 points in the first three quarters of a game. Those teams, including the Patriots, are now 3-391, per ESPN Stats & Information research.

Ouch.

The Panthers got popped in the mouth and never quite recovered.

The failcons had it choked it away.lol

And a bunch of questionable calls. Seriously I think there was like 10 flags all night on both sides for SB51 and the Pats spotted the Falcons 28 points.

I love how everyone is saying it wasn't Matt Ryan's fault, how he played great blah, blah, blah. He was 4-8, with a fumble, and that devestating sack at the end of the game. If that was Cam, who doesn't have close to the talent around him that Matt does and has receivers dropping passes at a much higher rate than Matt does, the media would have a field day with it.

I know this is not the typical theme around here but I am a big Tom Brady fan.......yes, can't stand the guy on a personal level but as a QB he is obviously up there with the greats.  I have gotten over the 2003 Superbowl long ago and just enjoyed watching the man play.  As much as people hate the guy you gotta remember, he was one of them dudes that basically everyone wrote off before he even took one snap in the NFL.  Everyone likes an underdog story and Tom Brady is the truly one of those.  I was actually cheering on the patriots at the end of the game....watching them shatter the Falcons glimmer of hope was just heavenly to watch.
