Matt holding on to the ball/fumbling deep in the Falcon's own territory resulting in an easy Patriots score and then Atlanta being knocked out of (game winning) scoring position with a sack and penalties.  

These sort of bone headed decisions should be all too familiar to infuriated Carolina fans this year.  KC and Minn, two tough Panthers losses that should have been easy victories.

Add in Rivera calling two time outs against Tampa so they could score instead of being forced into overtime and it is easy to see where questionable calls by the coaching staff played a big role in the Panthers demise this season.
