I think you underestimate Spurs.  They are physical.  They built a great team.  They do not give out many points.  What they lack is pace and can be in trouble on counterattacks.  Ronaldo is going to be 33 or 34?  Modric 32 or 33? They are about to hit a wall.

To be fair though, they underestimate any team that's not La Liga. It's natural when you have a powerhouse team that does well in UCL year in and year out. Can't really fault them for that.

If they were in EPL, half of their squad be injured.  They would have not done so well in UCL

You keep bringing up CR7 but you do realize we've got Kroos, Ramos, Varane, Modric, Theo, Marcelo, Isco, Kovacic, Asensio, Vallejo, Bale, Casemiro, etc. Soon Mbappe and/or Dembele. No matter how you slice it, Madrid isn't hitting a wall. We've got the next generation waiting on the bench.

I think it's a better test nowadays. It would definitely be fun.

Bale is only speed you have outside Ronaldo...  your team is slow outside those wingers.  Those wingers are your lifeline in creating space.  Also, Lukaku sucked against all top EPL teams.

You tell me how much I know and then say stupid poo like speed doesn't mean poo.  Speed on wings is everything, it creates space for slow ass CMs to be able to pass and dribble.  Go look at speed ratings for your midfielders on FIFA...  your midfield guys are slow as fug, no offense.  Also, Marcelo and Carvajal play on wings and defenders.

Something to watch for...  I think Alexis Sanchez will end up at PSG this month.  PSG president hailed Arsenal in his interview...  Neymar on one wing and Alexis on the other.  I might become PSG fan.

sure as hell hope not. i want him to go to City on a free next year. he desperately wants to go there and will probably give PSG the same crazy salary demands he gave Bayern to get them off the table

He's going to be 30 next year...  he won't get a big contract next year.  His time is now or never.

Yea, Arsenal offered him $350k a week but he's refusing.  No way in hell anyone will pay him $350k at age of 30.  Alexis value next year will be only around £20M so if Arsenal loses him for free, it won't be a big hit.
