Cam will never put up those numbers if he can't complete more than 50% of his passes

Are serioulsy comparing the skill players of Atl  > Carolina lol

Cam needs to get better as passer but he needs better talent around him.

Funchess is a bust who provides  no unique skill set that KB & Olsen cant do. We need smaller shifter WRs & Bigger TEs that can runblock like Leggett.

Gettleman definitely needs to do a better job this offseason than last.

But we had talent enough to win, at minimum, 8-9 games this season.

The fact that we didn't is on Ron and his coaches, not DG.

not giving him a pass, the last time he took this lazy approach going into the season was before the 2014 season and we ended up winning the division only because Atlanta decided to suck a little bit more than we did. Did it again after a superbowl appearance and here we are. Its clear as day, if there is a third he needs to be fired.

We're not going anywhere until Shula is removed. I'm ready to draft Fournette, not to win now (which I dont expect until Shula is gone), but for the future. If Gettleman doesnt go all out this FA, I do expect the Panthers to miss the playoffs and changes will be made.

Shula never had the right  players to run his offense due to DG.

I believe more in Cam, Olsen, KB, J-Stew & the OL to get it done if we draft/FA the right supproting cast.

I'm not making any outrageous claims like you are. I haven't written anything here about us that could possibly be perceived as homerism.

It's really not that outrageous Rivera has been the same person this whole time. What I mean by that is he didn't magically become bad this year, I just think he might be the kind of coach that needs a certain type of team/ players and can only work with a limited assortment of team setups and be successful with only those certain types of teams. I don't think he's changed a bit it's just the circumstances around him have changed( The good and bad) if you were to ever think that Rivera will ever change how he does things, how he runs his team, how he game plans you are sadly mistaken because he will NEVER change, he is who he is that is all

..... just my take 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Rivera is successful when everything works out perfectly and every player executes at 98% efficiency.

In other words, Rivera requires near perfection in order to succeed.

Really? Did the NFL tell Gettleman to do nothing to improve?

Sounds like misplaced anger to me, much like America at the moment.

Playing 'kitchen clinician', I see. Lol@ the thinly veiled socio-political, trending bullshit. Just low i.q. divisive sputum that's dripping from the mouths of a certain section of the dominant society.

As far as Gettleman is concerned, he screwed us terribly this season.
