It wasn't all that long ago that many fans talked about how Steve Smith was holding back the growth of our WR corps over the years.

Yet somehow here we are again in the same dilemma of figuring out how to get more out of the group.

maybe it hasn't been viewed as promising outside this board.  Maybe...he was being to encouraged to be done here.  Some times employers give respected employees notice that they can depart on their own terms
