We don't on here because he's not on our team or a direct rival. (and honestly who gives a fug about KC?) But the national media certainly has lambasted KC for the pick and his continued presence throughout the year, albeit not as a "first page" presence - the KC local media being more consistently persistent. The main issue, however, is that it happened in college and then he played an additional year before being drafted - the NFL has no legal ability to enact actionable recourse. So it's a non story for his eligibility in the grand scheme.

In all seriousness Hardy would not be a factor on a football field even at the college level anymore.  He's been out of it for too long.

I think that's a little presumptuous. There have been others who have been out for longer periods, resumed their career and made a decent impact. Ricky Williams just may be the poster boy.
