I think we have pretty much beat this topic like a dead horse.  McDermott is gone.  Shula is here.  Can we please move on. Like I said in one of the other 20 McDermott/Shula posts...McDermott's defenses have not been consistently good.  He has cracked the top 15 just 2 times in 6 years.

Top 10 defense in what?  The only ranking that matters is points scored.  In that category he has been:  27th, 18th, 2nd, 21st, 6th, 26th.
