If we don't promote Wilks immediately I'll lose hope in this organization.

I'm worried how much of a drop-off our defense could become. Then again, probably not much with Luke.

He needs to change that back to a 4-3 defense though. Bills never were comfortable in a 3-4 imho.

This might end up being a bigger loss than most imagine, well deserved though. Finally have a team I'll root  for in that poo division

Ron said when he was hired that, "the defense will be mine". I'm not worried about it, Wilks was Rivera's first choice anyway. The OC/QB coaching is what my concern is.

Unfortunately, fate isn't exactly on his side. The last head coach to get the Bills to a winning record in many years basically ended up ran out of town, and gave up. Hopefully they don't wear Sean down too much.

Mike McCoy - C - Free Agent

WGR 550 Buffalo's Sal Capaccio reports if Panthers DC Sean McDermott is named the Bills' new coach, Capaccio "keeps hearing" ex-Chargers coach Mike McCoy "could join him" as offensive coordinator.

There are obviously moving parts here, but it sure sounds like the Bills have "zeroed in" on McDermott as their next coach. McCoy is viewed by many as the top offensive coordinator on the market. The two have never coached together. McCoy's presence could be a reason Buffalo is leaning toward McDermott. McCoy has done well with numerous different quarterbacks
