Sean McDermott frontrunner for Bills job

According to WGR 550's Sal Capaccio, interim coach Anthony Lynn and Panthers DC Sean McDermott have emerged as "frontrunners" to fill the Bills' head-coaching vacancy.

Hoping Wade Phillips somehow ends up out there and the Bills take him instead.

Highly unlikely though sadly. I'm mainly worried about losing Wilks.

Why would Wilks go to be Bills defensive coordinator when he can be one for the Panthers a team that has better chance of winning the SB

Maybe we can hire a new OC and move Shula to DC...since he has so much experience keeping offense out of the endzone...

Wilks has worked with Rivera for years beyond Carolina and would definitely be offered the DC job. I don't see him leaving.

The only question here is whether or not Peanut steps into fill the DB coach void.
