Interesting Texans stat via Kevin Seifert at ESPN:

In the Bill O'Brien era, the Texans are 18-0 when they lead at halftime, including 5-0 in the 2016 regular season. They're the only NFL team that hasn't lost in a game they led at halftime during that span, according to ESPN Stats & Information.

Wow.  Pretty impressive.  Wish Panthers could have similar success holding on to a lead.

Osweiler is looking somewhat competent today. I think that stat may hold today.

OBrien is a heckuva coach. If he can ever find him a legit qb, he is going to be really really good.

Another interesting stat via Twitter, with a Panthers tie in (I confess I forgot Joe Webb had ever played QB in playoffs)

Connor Cook: 28.6 completion % in 1st half

Last 2 players at 30 pct-or-worse in 1st half of playoff game (min 10 att)? Joe Webb, The Golden Calf of Bristol

If I were a Raiders fan, I wonder if I would have preferred missing the playoffs entirely rather than suffering this kind of playoff embarrassment?  Probably not, but still, this really is brutal.

Can't predict losing your QB and LT very late in the season. They looked really good then disaster struck.

I'd be livid that they're sticking with an entirely ineffective 3rd string QB. I know the 2nd stringer is banged up, but he's dressed. Gotta give him a shot. Can't lose a playoff game sticking with an ineffective 3rd stringer.

It's a similar situation to the Cardinals when they had to face us with Lindley as their quarterback in the playoffs. They had to at least try.

Tough call but since it had been so long since they'd been in the playoffs there are many positive things that their young team and QB can build on from this season.

Different teams would answer in different ways depending on the state of their QB/team.  Obviously our answer is Super Bowl or bust at this point.
