We Need For Somebody To Draw Up A Petition To Jerry Richardson To Go Past Whatever Gettleman Is Talking About And Rally To Have Steve To Retire A Panther

In my opinion, you attempt to sign him one more year to end his career right. I know its very unlikely, but its worth a shot. Anyway, we should also go as far as to Retire Number #89. He has earned that right. He embodies what it means to be a Carolina Panther

If there is one thing you can learn from this organization in the past two decades, that's they don't give a fug about what fans think of.

Gettleman has less than zero to do with who retires a Panther and he said so.

Ifor Steve wants to it will happen. The petition (useless way of doing nothing and feeling like you did something) needs to be to Steve.

I seen Jonathan Jones say that most likely it will be carried out by JR with Gettleman not in the building.

that seems ...weird. smitty's gonna demand that? gettleman's just gonna put his head down and go sit at donut world while smitty signs the papers and then come back when it's all clear?

worth it if it happens, but it's just weird

Steve Smith cares so much about JR that, in his post game interview where he mentioned all the important people who helped him in his career, the name 'Jerry Richardson' didn't even cross his lips.

    • I've been watching him too and I just don't quite see that. He doesn't look as good as last year (mostly he is making worse decisions and throwing more ints) but he still has only 3 games all year with less than 200 yards passing and more games with multiple touchdowns than games with none.  I really want Bryce to succeed and the last few games have showed promising improvement, but yesterday's game wouldn't be a surprise for Stroud like it was for BY.
    • And still has respectable numbers as a starter while his team is leading the division. What people are doing is comparing this year to the amazing year he had last year and saying he fell off because he isnt doing the exact same thing this year which is ridiculous. Last year was a rare year for a rookie qb you dont see often.  Texans weren't sneaking up anybody this year and it shows, and yet they are still winning. Panther bryce fans need to pipe down.
    • Spine has some pretty remarkable compressive capacity, we just don’t like it when it’s from the neck down instead of the lumbar spine up. Every time you jump and land for example your spine has a little movement to it, just because of all the other muscles and bones with connections. When it happens from the cervical spine down, the body freaks out and shuts you down for a little bit to make sure you stop whatever fool thing it is you’re doing. Injuries occur when there’s lateral force or sheer. Sanders landed almost straight down on the crown of his skull. Lots of force but set up in the way the body is designed to handle. Luckily. its one of the reasons memorable spinal injuries sometimes looks insignificant. Force isn’t as important as angle.
