He was still pretty damn good this season especially towards the second half of this season. He would be a tough player to replace.

Um... I think most people would have been happy with a winning season and a wildcard. We got neither.

He is good but not tough to replace. He showed up in the second half because of Addison. He can't beat double teams and that's a problem. Your prob too young to remember Kris Jenkins in his prime but he was a perfect example of a DT who could destroy a double team. We need to resign Addison and hope he can continue to produce.

Both those things happened frequently this past season.

Exactly.  3 and out's keep the defense on the field which wears them down and opens up scoring opportunities to the opposing team.

Missing kicks doesn't help either...

This coaching staff played a HUGE role in our losses.

Shula's braindead bootleg call on 3rd and 1 in Denver at midfield in the 3rd quarter starter Denvers comeback.

Rivera punting in Oakland late in the game, gave away that game.

Shula's conservative play calling against KC left the door open for KC.

 

I could go back and find more but as much as it's on the players to execute. This staff constantly puts this team in the most difficult situations to do so. If Gettleman is serious about fixing things then Shula AND Rivera need to go.

Shula more than Rivera. But it's close.

They act like if he doesn't spend money he gets to keep it for himself or something. Or that it's his money and too stingy to spend it.

He stated the draft is deep at a few areas of interest. Meaning he is going DT or LB.........More than likely will ignore the offense issues (already ignored how bad of an OC Shula is).
