LOL full of hot air.

Officials are doing their job? Really Dave? So nobody here moving forward should question why Cam seemingly checked out and at times looked like he had a complete lack of trust in everything and everybody. Because this is how the organization views it.

He says he's gonna shop intelligently but that's code for CHEAP lmao.

He says he holds himself accountable....

Pretty well actually, if you take off your Josh Norman is the GOAT blinders.

The direct and collateral damage of a rash decision on Norman was season changing...that has nothing to do what Norman becomes in the future...it was a self inflicted wounds that never needed to happen...good for the team that is my blinder...that was taken off by the ego of the G-man...

At the time...he won pissing  match...how'd that work out for ya...and us...

It saved him about $14m in cap space.  With the injuries we had I really doubt having Norman would have turned us into a SB favorite.  I doubt we would have even made the playoffs.

I'm not saying I agreed with rescinding the tag based on what little I know, I'm afraid it might set a bad precedent with other players.

Gettlemen says he doesn't believe in windows?  Oh really?  How bout pushing hard to win a dam superbowl for the man that brought the NFL to the Carolinas not to mention the man that currently employs you before he keels over.  You don't have forever as he put it.

The idea that they need a major rebuild in Carolina is reactionary. They need to upgrade both lines, but it doesn’t need to be razed.

The 17-2 comment was in reference to DG belief that Panthers have a "damn good coaching staff."

The act that he still believes in the coaching staff...LOL. It's okay to like them as men. I'm sure all of them are fine, fine men but in business, you have to do what makes you uncomfortable in order to step up.

not signing josh not only saved the panthers a ton of money, but it also earned them an extra 3rd round pick which can be traded if need be.

smart teams acquire draft picks. the pats picked up mike floyd and everyone else thought they were dumb to do so, but when he signs with someone else in the offseason, the pats will get a comp pick.

I take that back, we learned we are dysfunctional. Ron preaches how we need to "evolve" then his boss says "evolve" isn't the right word. Did he watch Ron's presser? Do they even talk?

Lord lmao.

Evolve is like a stepping stone, or effectively a word meaning to "change"

Gettleman is saying we need to change - but feels that we need to do more than just "change."

He feels we need a reset, a recalibration, and direction. He's going beyond "evolving."

The context is the same.

DG has a pretty decent history of doing what some may deem "uncomfortable".

he hasnt spoken to Oher in a long time.  I mean really?  Something not right going on there.

I bet Oher has a lot of better things to do while having a 15 week long concussion than thinking about football at the time.

I really don't think it is as simple as the league adjusting.  Injuries played a large part and some of it the players just didn't play as good.

Yep. And it starts with Cam. I love him to death. Quickly becoming my favorite Panther of all time and I don't blame him for getting discouraged and maybe a little disgruntled. But he needs to refocus this offseason, come back stronger, and go on another MVP tear to prove people wrong. Needs to get that chip back on his shoulder.

he also said he wasn't sure if oher would be the starting LT next year.

He's just showing that competition will always be evident in training camp. Oher, coming off his massive concussion, may take a while to get used to things.

Might be alluding to a big move for a LT soon too.
