asked about evaluating players, he says you have to evaluate the totality of the player, not knee jerk reactions. Gettleman recalls scouting Oher. Says he watched between 25-30 games Oher played, every snap. "that's what I do"

He did mention safety first out of the few position groups that are heavy this draft.

Never said he hasn't done any wrong. If you look earlier in the year I was saying letting Josh Norman go would cost us the season, but our rookie secondary will eventually help out in the later, future seasons.

 

But according to you guys he's an ego-tistical maniac who'd never fess up to making a mistake.
