honesty I blame Gettleman more for the Panthers issues then Rivera. Gettleman decided to let Norman walk when he could have forced him to play with the Tag. This caused a lot of the early losses while the new DB's got acclimated to the NFL. We also did nothing at all to help out the offense, now I also thought KB was going to be a bigger factor the he ended up being this season. But the Butler pick so far has been a wasted pick. All major issues caused by Gettleman

Why go to a team with  a shitty defense when you can take over a top 10 defense for a  SB contending team.

Ryan? Lousy head coach but not a bad DC, and yeah Rivera is close to the Ryan family.

Rex Ryan is going to do to TV but a team would be lucky to get him as their DC.  Ryan, Wade and Ron are 3 examples of great DCs....not so much HCs

The problem with Rivera is that he's part of the problem with our offense. I believe he wants a slow bleed offense to keep his defense off the field
