He needs to be coached on throwing receivers open, also throwing early before the receivers brakes their route into their cuts. He needs to be coached on his short route throws and when to check down. Foot work needs work which everyone know.  And one of the most important things is to find a way to make the game FUN to him again. 

A better offensive game plan with a more unique style of play would benefit him.
