I don't watch any Bucs games except when they play us, so I'm always baffled when people say Jameis is any good. Every game we've played against them he's the worst QB we've faced that year. Hot mess.

He gets paid too much. You can find a kicker just as reliable in the 80 to 85% range for less than $1M. That is money that could have kept Norman here.
