Why would you want to keep a staff that hasn't had back to back winning season. To keep a OC just because we hit 15-1 once and lost the SB is doing the same thing over and over expecting lightening to hit again. You have to evolve and the same people calling the plays will never do that. 

I keep telling you guys, but I'll say it again:

The reason Mike Shula is the Carolina OC is because he's executing the EXACT STYLE OF OFFENSE DESIRED AND DEMANDED BY THE CAROLINA HEAD COACH.

I don't know why this is so confusing after all this time. Ron still thinks the NFL is ruled and officiated as it was in 1985 and he insists that his coordinators recognize that and coach as if it were true. 

Replacing Shula will accomplish NOTHING as long as Ron Rivera remains the head coach.

Basically, the kind of guy Rivera probably wouldn't hire.
