Pretty sure Cam's inconsistencies are more related to the talent around him in 2016. 

But Dave ain't going to this season on the chin and going to have to explain the offense away. Lucky for him, a large percentage of fans will buy Shula as the problem in 2016 and let Dave off the hook.

Rivera said in the presser today that he doesn't expect any staff changes because this is the same group that went 15 and 1 the year before.

It could mean that Rivera doesn't want to fire anybody, but the organization does. Sadly, it could also mean that Agnese and Voth are wrong.

I'm beginning to think the reassignment of Richard Rodgers may have been forced on Rivera. He also "didn't see a need" for changes back then either. But somehow it happened..

Honestly we both know what Dave and Rivera will say about staff, "they will be evaluated once the season is over."

If either of them have anything to do with it they won't say anything now. 

If there was any validity to these rumors it was coming from a DG or above level.

So even if there is a change in OC, Rivera will be b*tching and whining all season if things go bad and blame it solely on the new offense. I don't see this ending well either way tbh. Just start fresh and can the whole coaching staff sans a few positional coaches.
