I am all for signing anyone we can to help on the o-line. If he works out great, if he doesn't then at least we tried. Not doing anything sucks. I'm sure the coaches will put him where he can help us most.

After SB 50 and this year, I will celebrate the day we find a better option for Mike Remmers. So if Riley Reiff is that guy go for it.

I think it boils down to what the front office and staff thinks about Darryl Williams. If they think he's the future at RT, then I'm not sure how much interest we'd have in a guy like Reiff. If we don't, then we probably should have significant interest in a guy like Reiff.

One thing's for sure, we can't go into the 2017 season weak at both OT spots again. You can roll protections and help out with extra blockers to help out one side or the other, but when both sides are a liability, then you're pretty damn limited on what you can do about that.

Oher was moved to RT...

Reiff is a healthy Oher.

Sometimes teams move their seasoned LT over to RT, to pay them RT money when their contracts are up.  I can tell you guys right now, even though Reiff isn't great, he is much better than Oher.

He is gonna get LT money.

And, as you say, be better than Oher.

I am 100% convinced that this guy is the most important person that we put on this team this offseason. I would rather have him then Leonard fournette or any other player potentially available to us
