Collins has outplayed him in  the games started BTW  I like the misinformation for the games started on Funchess

The thread is comparing Funchess instead of Collins in an attempt to undermine Gettleman's drafting credibility.

Doesnt matter  there are WRs in his draft class and this years class that are outperforming Funchess.  The stats and eye test shows that trading up for him was the not the right move & he doesn't provide any unique skill sets or role in the offense.  I prefer a roster with players that compliment each other not clones.

What does Tyler Lockette have to do with Jalen Collins being drafted immediately after Funchess and being labeled a potential bust after his rookie season + most of this one until putting together a couple of ok games?

Gettleman blew it with that pick.  I still think Funch will be a fine receiver, BUT, for the position, he panicked and traded up when he saw a run on receivers and he knew he had no receiver he liked after that on the board.  Better decision was waiting and drafting at our original spot and then getting another player later in the draft.
