This needs to be the game that forces Rivera/DG's hand

It's called anomaly. Teams usually don't get valuable starters in UDFA and late rounds. Do the math

Since you and the front office likes UDFA why don't they use the early picks on offense and use up the late round picks and UDFA signings on defense?????

Because they'd (and I'd) rather have Star Lotulelei and Kawann Short than Coradarrelle Patterson and Gavin Escobar.

Well I disagree. A good OC/HC will be fine. I'll take a offensive head coach who knows poo about defense and hires the best defensive coordinator he can find to handle the defense, opposed to a defensive HC who likes the offense to play catering to the defense so they can finish the wins out

The best choice is finding a HC who had experience on Defense, Offense and ST

Luke Kuechly is enough reason why this team doesn't need a defensive head coach. Get you a great D coordinator and your good. This offense needs to be torn apart and fixed from the inside out. Just have no confidence in rivera to do that.

Rivera can only play the players he is given, this organiztion just needs to commit more to the offensive side  whether  through the draft or FA.

Even if we do commit to more offensive players, that's half the issue fixed. Is rivera the right head coach to get the best out of them? This is a guy who has offensive coaches with no prior success running that side of the ball and is fine with it.

I would like to bring on Norv Turner in  but  this team lack talent on the offensive side, panthers could have beaten Broncos if we had better OTs or blocking FB. Talent on the offensive side is holding this team back from a SB win.

We have the high draft picks & cap room to address both sides fo the field , it just up to DG to execute.

I disagree.  MLB is insanely critical, but they are only successful if they have pieces around them that are worth a damn.  MLB is like a QB, they make all the checks and read the offense, but if the QB has a trash O-line, RB, and receivers, even Tom Brady will look bad.  That said, Short, Star, TD, and Coleman are enough pieces to keep us successful with a middle of road D-Coord.  Side note, remember, when our offense hasn't sustained drives, even when we have all of our defensive pieces together, they can go through stretches where they look awful.  The reason our defense looks good is because our offense is designed to limit the opponents possessions.  We truly are a team built where either phase of the game fails (I'm not talking about Special teams, we always suck at special teams), then both look god awful.  Today was a perfect example of that.

Norv Turner is a joke as a coach. He hasn't done anything in years. You have to go to the 90s before he did well as an OC. As a head coach he has a losing record. 118-126. Compare that to Rivera's ,53-40 even counting this trainwreck of a season.
