any coach will have just as much difficulty with the roster that was given to Rivera this season.  A better coach may be able to get more from less, make a few better decisions but I dont see that different an outcome.  Carolina has some weak positions and even weaker depth.  Thats basically it in a nut shell.  Games are won in the trenches and right now carolina just isnt very good there.

This team would never do it, but I would trade Rivera for whatever we can get and make Josh McDaniels our HC. Its exactly what Cam and this offense needs. Go out and get another stud TE and run a two TE offense

Kinda what happens when you get low draft choices and don't play FA much. I look for that to change next year.
