Here's the issue with your statement.  We all knew Rivera was an average coach, and our OC is a shitty fuger.  Gettlemen knows keeping marginal talent at positions of need, isn't what's gonna win games here with this staff.  He's gotta be better than this, this past offseason.  He wasn't.  End of story.  Especially on the back end.
