No he isn't playing well this year, but not many people on our team are.

We need go shore up our OL, and our WR's need to play better. If those things happen we will have a top offense in the league once again as long as we have a decent running threat.

Sure was quite because he actually played well last year regularly. He's had 2 seasons where he played well regularly out of 6. He's average dude. Once you admit it to yourself you'll see it for yourself.

Cam is pretty bad this year, but yes, I think Shula's putrid and unimaginative situational play calling has / had a lot to do with it.
