Looked better than Turner. What Turner is doing isn't an easy transition, and I give him much props for being a team player and giving his all, but he should definitely be back at Guard next season because he's not a good RT. I would give Norwell a shot.

I like that he looks like he might can fill in, but I think he's a legit starting guard, so I hope no ones suggesting that he be moved to back up RT (That's Remmers job IMO). What we really need is a legit LT, then Oher and Williams can fight for RT spot when they're healthy.

I think that might be pushing it a little. He's not quite fast enough for LT but RT he looks very good.

Just pointing out that Zod had made a thread about trying Norwell at left tackle.

May or may not work, but honestly, given the quality of tackles that are available in free agency and the draft, I certainly wouldn't be against trying it.

Unless he is going to develop into a very good right tackle I would rather have a dominant left guard than an average right tackle unless I have no other choice.  If he is going to be the best option than that would be fine.  But I want legit guys at right and left tackle who are actually veterans with a proven record instead of more guys we throw out there hoping we get lucky.

These days, it's easier to find good interior linemen in the draft than tackles.

If it were possible to have Norwell and Turner develop into effective tackles then we might have an easier time getting the OL in shape.

All that said, this is highly unlikely to happen and for that matter, probably won't even be tried.
