I would actually be ecstatic if we could get rid of Shula and it would only cost us a first. Knowing the Panthers though, we'd give our first and Ron to the Rams, and promote Shula to HC.

I like Rivera, however it would be tempting to get another first round pick.  Could do alot with two high draft choices.  Maybe even trade 2 high first round picks for a whole package of picks so we could get immediate help at multiple positions.
