So the plan was to bring in a sub-par defensive coordinator to install a new defense and take 3+ games into the season to develop when you're 0-2? Yeah, things aren't looking up any time soon; Fox and Meeks are just plain terrible.

It amuses me how people are so desperate for excuses that they will come up with anything to make themselves feel better. This defense sucks with or without Chris Harris. He's a solid player but he is not the difference between a good defense and a shitty one. The problem is not injuries its Ron meeks and John Fox and their pussy predictable schemes. Why is that so hard for some of you to accept?

None of us knows how good the defense will be at full strength. Could be pretty good, or they could continue to be weak.

One thing I do know though. It's silly to expect dominance of any defense that's having to adjust both to a new scheme and to having key players in flux (Beason hurt, Harris out, down to a third starting DT who wasn't even in camp, and now Diggs out too).

I wasn't a big fan of the Meeks hire, but it's fair to say that any DC would be having a difficult time in this spot.

The defense pretty much is at full strength. Again, Chris Harris nor any of our DT's are the difference between a good defense and a shitty one. Injuries is just an excuse! Colt fans hated Ron Meeks. He's only been here for a few games and I already hate him too.
