Really? Cam has the authority to check out of plays based on his reads. The Broncos exposed Cam in the Super Bowl, he struggles with reading coverages and for some reason, refuses to check down. Not to mention the attitude or lack there of, we won by 12 points and the damn CAPTAIN is pouting.

What the hell? None of that has anything to do with what I said. He is who he is, deal with it. Maybe he's not satisfied with that. Greg had the same attitude aftervthe Saints Thursday night game and it was all cool. Or nah? LOL. Some of y'all are unbearable.

Suggest Cam isn't perfect = horrible poster.

No that would be your track record of routinely getting aired out here like some cheap laundry.

Cam hasn't played well enough, but he is very low on the list of issues for this franchise.

Struggling read coverage? And you mean to tell me we got all the way to the SB with him not being able to do that? Check down, please show me the check downs in our offense cause that's definitely not in our offensive playbook. There's no TE hitches, no RB flats or swings. Denver players said our offense ran exactly like it did on tape, you mean SHULA was exposed. Not to mention did you see Denver rushing the passer, they made everybody look bad

And I have no idea what you're talking about in the last sentence or why I wasted time responding to this

What was he going to check into..they only give him 2 plays, and I am sure Denver knew the adjustment plays..like Denver stated they did nothing new and still are doing nothing new..if you know the plays i am sure the coaches and players know the plays as well..Shula mentality 1 plan fits all is not true..football is a game of adjustments according to who you are playing at the moment..not just blind asjustments.

The same idiots yelling and screaming about Newton's performance...are the SAME idiots that cheer on GM as he drafts yet another DT.

They care so much about offense in season...when we can do very little to actually improve it....but care completely ghost in the off-season...when he can actually a lot about our offense.

As this board's erstwhile Falcons troll...Cam has a good TE (at receiving, definitely not blocking), a lazy #1 WR with not much behind him, and a garbage OL. Not to mention interesting-at-best play calls and head coaching. Don't really know how much you can expect of him (or any QB) under those circumstances.

Well if you actually knew football you would know that our offense requires the qb to hold the ball longer because of the longer developing routes

Of course that's a factor. However you can't deny that there are a lot of plays that Cam has time to throw the ball away and instead opts to try to continue the play and make something out of it resulting in a sack. Clear example off the top of my head was the safety against MN. Oher got blown up but Cam was just as much to blame for the safety because he had time to get rid of the ball. Was not much different than Rivers taking the safety today instead of throwing away. Cam's mindset is that he has to do it all himself every single play. That's fine and results in some insane plays but he has to, like he's said in the past, take what the defense gives him and know when to abandon a play.

Just because Cam is deserving of and getting some criticism doesn't necessarily mean he's the biggest problem with this team.
I'm a huge proponent of spending good money to build and keep a good OL together, but while the OL is a huge problem, it's only compounding the issue of an offense that moves at the speed of molasses.

So if I go through your posting history, I will see a lot of posts demanding that our Front Office get Newton some help right? Like, if I look around the time that we once again drafted defense, after defense, after defense...I will see a bunch of posts where you are voicing your displeasure, right?

If you have nothing to say when our brilliant front office decides to throw trash out on offense in the offseason...then shut up in-season when we can do nothing to solve said problem.

LOL, who is he? Please do tell... I mean hell you would deflect the blame on anyone to defend your guy. I'm sick and tired of defending his antics, a win is damn win, stop whinnying about YOUR stats.
