ron is horrible at managing personnel. 

he loves his veterans (mclain, tolbert) when there's so much younger talent waiting in the wings (worley, CAP, Byrd)

Stewart with the one handed hand stand push up. Pay the man and be happy about it. Stewart had little tread on the tires for his age. He can be one of the best backs in the game until he is 32 - easy.
