Interesting that a bunch of you are noting the preseason game at BoA vs the Patriots.  It's so true.   It was my first-ever preseason game at the Bank, so I tended to dismiss it ("I guess this is what preseason is like"), but as others have said, there was no energy on the field that night.  Our offense couldn't move the ball (until garbage time late in the 4th when Joe Webb was at QB).  In hindsight it's clear that the team had fallen into the complacency trap no matter how much Ron & various players preached against it.

As far as the regular season, the Vikings loss certainly showed signs of a meltdown, but it was easy at the time to credit the Vikings excellent D.  (At the time Vikings looked like they could win it all this season...)  The writing on the wall became absolutely UNMISTAKABLE in the loss to the Bucs at home.  We totally stunk up the joint against a team that looked worse than we did.
