At what moment this year did you know we weren't the same as 2015?

Minnesota game.

Even though we lost against Denver, I was still confident we would be a good team.

We smashed the 49ers despite playing bad and I just knew it was the start of another winning streak.

We came out on fire against the Vikings, I was excited, knowing that this was the streak I was expected. And then it all went to hell.

Yeah, when that game started it almost seemed like business as usual.  Scored 10 points in almost 10 minutes.  If I remember correctly Gano missed a FG in that one also.  The TD call back was huge because we go up 17-2.  I think that would have been enough to where we could have held them off.  Anyway, one thing led to another.

By the time TB rolled in we were in desperation mode and we pressed to hard that night.  We should have one that one.

The injuries certainly didn't help, and I think that will give Rivera a pass on this year, only if we make some coaching changes.

Minnesota game around halftime. Up 10-0 and the wheels started coming off. Thought the team could rally in the second half and close out what should have been an inferior opponent. Ended up getting shut out in the 2nd half, and went on to be destroyed by the Falcons the week after.

I felt things would be different as soon as the Norman debacle happened. I flew out for the Denver game, but for some reason I just wasn't anywhere near as excited for the season opener as I should have been (or any game this year for that matter). I had this gut feeling it was about to happen, and as soon as Gano missed that kick I knew our mojo from last year was gone.

My first inkling that things were going downhill fast was during training camp when Rivera kept saying there wasn't enough effort and he didn't like how things were being done.

Bad sign for the players and for the coaches.

And that third preseason game was nothing but a preview of what we've had to sit through this year.

It's gone from being one of the greatest seasons of all time to a dysfunctional family reunion in less than a year.

When Gettle let Norman go and in the draft room Gettle was dancing around smiling about picking 3 CB's straight and Ron was smiling with him like he was a fuging genius that he is NOT

To lose the SB and follow that up with that bullshit, made it clear to me this is not the same team

The moment Josh Norman was rescinded shocking all the players that were promised the team would be kept together for another year to push for a SB, and then when the Panthers used the entire draft on a back up DT and hopeful Norman replacements.

Now, if it is about what moment in the season I knew it would be a struggle, then that would be the defense buckling in the 4th quarter of the Broncos game and the combo of Butler, Bradberry, and Ealy getting abused on their side late in that game. That is when I saw it would be a long season. Seeing KB struggle against the Broncos coming back from injury to start the season reinforced the struggles to come.
