Be a fan of a team with heart

Attended every game for years.  They may have heart and it's not their fault that the NBA is dead to me.  But the NBA is dead to me.  And others.

Two, three teams at best with a legit shot to win it all.

Moving the All-Star game to a seedy chithole with a similar bathroom law.

Strike two was enough.  Forever.  6 feet under.  Dead.

So let's get this Charlotte Hornets forum going! Anything to get our minds off this garbage throw away season.

Even in a loss, they are ALL IN, and they are a pleasure to watch. As a bonus, there isn't a need for a concussion protocol!

But man, that's pro basketball. There's so much better basketball played at the collegiate level here in NC that really, the pro game is really just unimportant. And so many games, not a one of them really matters.

Meh.

Once I got older than the players, I lost interest.

The bathroom law was an embarrassment to the state (where I grew up), lots of events left the area because of it.  Silver is a great commissioner, I wish the NFL had someone half as good.

In terms of the game itself, as someone who lived in Las Vegas, count your lucky stars the NBA all star game will be nowhere near there.  Walking down the strip felt like being in a 3rd world country.  Pretty sure the city asked the NBA to never come back.

Go Hornets!
