Hue Jackson and/or Chip Kelly may not even be around in 2017.  Obviously having both players has helped both teams SO much this year.  

Those teams have no choice but to think medium/long term they're so bad.

I'd be leery of signing Jackson.  If I signed him, it'd have to be a creative contract structure that reflected the injury risk. The guy is a constant fixture on the injury report.
