It does not matter who the inexperienced HC is as long as Gettleman is the GM.

There is no coach of merit that will join Gettleman and his poo show. You have at least 3 years before the coach shapes up to even match Rivera if you are lucky.

He has looked like someone who should have been a UDFA outside maybe 2-3 games. Yet we draft the tweener 1st round when we had Luke and TD, and holes everywhere else other than LB. Just a truly head scratching move, especially in hindsight

I said the EXACT same thing on twitter and you should see my retweet count. Everybody knows that was stupid. Rivera just hung Cam out to dry for know damn reason. Its bad enough he takes all the heat and Rivera gets non for being a mediocre coach since he has been here.
